These are the BitTorrent files as of May 1st, 2009. Each zip file contains all fractal backgrounds of a specific size from both the main galleries and the 'extras' galleries, but not the dual desktop galleries. If you are unfamiliar with BitTorrent, please follow the Wikipedia link below.

Zip files are not currently available by HTTP. If you cannot use BitTorrent, please download images individually from the Backgrounds Galleries.

The tracker is BitTornado's "bttrack" version T-0.3.17 and the files are being served from rTorrent 0.6.4 which is based on the libTorrent 0.10.4 library. The port range is between 30000-40000, and encryption is off. If you can, please stick around after your download is done to help out with the seeding. Also feel free to repost these .torrent files to other free file-sharing sites if you wish. The tracker will not work for anything other than these authorized files. Also, the .torrent files are rebuilt every time there is a new backgrounds gallery, so if you are getting a "not authorized" message from the tracker, you likely have an old .torrent file and should download a current one from this page.
